junon (144), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA Feb 22, 2008 This really is a tropical island beer. Being from Hawai’i I do appreciate a beer that I can drink in the sun. However it is not a lite beer that should be labeled LITE. Does not lack flavor like real lite beers. However this is not exceptional in any way whatsoever. I would not opt for this over other options. Well maybe I would but it would be purely beer-snobbery which I am guilty of.

Info: 330ml bottle, 9/10-2008 GMUcrew7 (208), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Oct 6, 2008 Bottle from my honeymoon in St Thomas. Pours nice light golden color with small white head that leaves only a small trace. Faint fruit and hop aroma, not much else. Flavor has a mild fruit accent, very light hop and malt characteristics. Enjoyable here on the beach under the hot sun, but I certainly won’t seek it out back home. Fearless99 (14), Oregon, USA Oct 5, 2008 Pale in color. Watery in flavor. Aroma is nearly non-existent. The only aroma I experienced ever with this beer is a slight skunk. Pours thin, no head, no lacing from the standard Red Stripe bottle. Taste has some mild skunk and little else. About the best use for this beer is a lawnmower beer. There isn’t much to expect. Guinnessman (80), VACAVILLE, California, USA Oct 5, 2008 Pours cloudy. Smells like any other cheap beer. Upon my first taste, I realized that the Jamaicans had carbonated and bottled bong water.
