Another example of a major brewery trying to follow what they think is the new fad. Coor’s had some success with Killians, so lets make our version. drinkable but thats about it.

OK this is bud with red coloring...now thats my opinion. So to do 75 characters here is my bud post Label is nice and so is appearance, the carbonation is good but that is it, everything elsa about this beer is crap. If this was the only beer around I would always be the designated driver

This was was born from the "red boom" when such stellar red beers such as "Coors Red Light" (God that was awful). They should bury this recipe at a radiation dump site. Yuck.

Pours a medium amber color. Aromas of malts, caramel, and some hops. Flavor is bland, with some malt and hop hints. A good try by AB trying to fool people like Miller with RedDog.

Bottle. Do they still make this? Drank this about 15 yrs ago. Not very good for what I remember.

It has a nice red color to it, I have had better red beers, but It just doesn’t cut it for the top red beers.

Can - a bandwagon beer when Red beers were all the rage. An average beer - typical AB flavor and appearance. Slightly better than Red Dog but not as good as Killians - that should be explanation enough. Not a beer anyone should regret not trying.

It gets me drunk very quickly. I believe the 5.4% is a lie. It has a great red color. And goes down smooth over the tongue. It has a very malty, and roast flavor. But they don’t make it anymore.
