Bottle. Pours a clear light copper color with a relatively small head. Nose is slightly sweet and reiminiscent of a lager. Taste is very watery and light. Not much to this.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a large fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of nutty notes herbal and peppery hops. The taste is apples, nuts, honey, herbal hops and a tinny note. Medium bodied. Decent.

Pale gold pour with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, malt and apple. Somewhat bland. A little sweetness, a touch of hops. Muddled fruit, with a metallic taste.
I’m glad I’m not gluten intolerant. This beer is tolerable but not fun.

I got it because I was intrigued by the gluten-free thing. Not a bad beer, not much flavor but it goes down pretty easily. Not something I’d go back to unless I suddenly find out I can’t have gluten. But inoffensive.

First thing you’ll say is wow thats a little different, not bad, but different. Its nice they’re doing something for people on a gluton-free diet. Very sweet and very finishable.

One finger head, white, mostly diminishing, clear light brown, grassy aroma, watery, weird aftertaste can't put my finger on.

Not great but you got to take you’re hat off to bud for making a gluten free beer.

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2012 Pretty boring but not offensive. Better than a lot of other swill so there’s that. Straw yellow into the glass, white head, you know the drill. Not too shabby but definitely nothing to write home about.

bottle. light amber with minimal head. i’m just happy that i don’t have issues with gluten. this isn’t terrible, but it’s certainly not good. not much flavor except for a strange aftertaste. slightly sweet.

Hotel in Frenchtown, NJ. Copper body with okay head. Nose is slight and malty. Taste is grainy, spicy and malty. Fruits in there. Some spices in the finish. Not so nice.
