2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I had to try this beer, letís face it, gluten free (without wheat or barley). Okay, it pretty much tastes what it sounds like. First sip, it was bland, but then after a few sips, it was drinkable. Not much aroma, maybe a hint of citrus. Has a bitter sweet taste to it. I wouldnít buy a case or six pack of this stuff, but if someone gave me one, I would drink it again.

5/20/11. 12oz bottle shared by Dustin. Very plain grainy aroma with a plasticy, sour flavor. Nasty.

I will be honest in saying that Redbridge may be the best AB beer Iíve drank. This feat is accomplished by the beer possessing the smallest modicum of flavor, a mildly sweet nuttiness that leaves me flabbergasted by its existence. Every other part of the brew is your usual AB dreck. (2008)

1.4 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
From a 12oz bottle from Pick;s Liquors poured into a Tumbler. Minimal amount of white head, no lacing. Color is a rusty orange. Aroma is slightly offensive, a bad stinky yeast. Taste is slightly sweet and slightly salty, not much of anything to speak of. Light bodied with a thin texture, it does have fizzy carbonation and no finish to speak of. Overall, itís a below average beer. Nothing I would buy again.

Gold with minimal white head. Sweet malt aroma. Taste...now I know why sorghum isnít a widely used ingredient in the production of beer. This isnít terrible, but close to it. Tastes soapy with some sweet malt and a little fruitiness. Some bitterning hops that helps it a bit, but definitely wouldnít consider this a hoppy beer. Sharp palate. Only saving grace is itís refeshing and easy drinking character. Could drink on a hot day but definitely not my first choice. I suppose this is a solid attempt at a gluten-free beer...but it makes me very happy that I donít have an allergy to gluten.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a decent looking amber color, very clear. Almost no head and what little there is disappears quickly. Flavor is kind of strange. A little thin, a little metallic. Smells like a lite beer. Fairly unimpressive.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Redbridge is a very clear golden beer with a white head that fades to a thin film and leaves decent lacing. It has a faint, sweet, sorghum aroma with a note of grass. Itís very light bodied and watery with a chalky finish. Thereís hardly any flavor at all. Thereís a light sweetness in the finish. It tastes like non alcoholic beer. Nothing to see here; move along.

Tried just cause someone at a party had brought it. It pours with little to no head, with a definite sorghum taste. This just made me realize how lucky I am not to have to drink gluten free beer.

My first sorghum beer. Nothing distasteful, just plain and bland; ok for poor suckers who canít have wheat or barley

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with no lot code or bottling date, which is unusual for A/B.It pours a golden pale yellow with a burst of white head the disappears quickly. Flour and thin yeast aromas. Adequate body but nothing extraordinary. Thye taste has a kind of sickly sweetness about it that I cannot quite define. Thin hop aftertaste.
