Nice light smell. Like wheat? Like an amber ale - "malty" with some hop? Certainly not that corny Bud aroma. Light amber color with a white head that went fast. Medium mouthfeel. Starts very nice (almost like a light amber ale), then gets a burst of sweetness, followed by a complex of unfamiliar flavors. The finish seems fairly balanced with hop, dominated by a strange flavor that must be the sorghum. Makes me think of Mongozo. Better than Bud any time.

Bottle from Wild Oats, Cincy. Poured dark clear amber with a large off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate balanced malt and hop aroma. Medium body. Medium balanced flavor with a bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is better than my expectations.

An amber ale with a thin white head. Aroma of nail polish remover and caramel. In mouth, a light caramel malt with light mineral notes. Light bodied non descript ale. Bottle 11th Annual CNY Brewfest, Feb.5 2007.

Bottle... Clear golden lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Nothing much to the aroma... maybe some grain. Tangy, grainy flavor... a touch too sweet. Thin, dry mouthfeel with lively carbonation. Finishes tangy and a tad salty. Better than expected, for what that’s worth.

12oz bottle. I have no idea where I got this one from. Poured a medium golden color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of grains, caramel, and soapy. Tastes of corn, some tart green apples, and grains.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel and fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of light bread and a hint of carmel with a crisp clean finish. This was a VERY watery tasting beer!

BeerandBlues2 (7418) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - NOV 6, 2007
Bottle. Pours slightly sparkling deep yellow with a spare, fizzy, white head, diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (light toasted grain, meal, straw), average hops (fresh grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of sour grapes. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a metallic finish. Average duration, light sweetness and bitterness, moderate acidity. Slightly oily near the end with some fizzing on the tongue.
