COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redbridge is a hearty, full-bodied lager brewed using imported Hallertau and domestic Cascade hops. It is brewed with sorghum and has a well-balanced, moderately hopped taste.

5/20/11. 12oz bottle shared by Dustin. Very plain grainy aroma with a plasticy, sour flavor. Nasty.

Ernest (6729) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 2, 2007
Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A-B clearly deserves props for this one out of all their pseudo-micro attempts, at the very least for being much more enjoyable than microbrewed sorghum beers like Lakefront New Grist and Bardís Tale Dragonís Gold (both of which are pretty much undrinkable). Surprisingly hoppy and balanced, and nothing particularly foul about it.

b3shine (6596) - Indiana, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks alright; a transparent gold with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Smells pretty bland with a bit of hops and a hint of apple juice. Below average on the palate. Not good.

PorterPounder (6221) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - DEC 31, 2006
Tallahassee, Fl. - Killearn Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Medium golden pour with an amber tint to it - initial white head fades quickly. Not much of an aroma, whatís there is industrial type watery aroma. Slightly metallic flavor with hints of pepper and ripened vegetables. Mouthfeel is slightly stinging. Advise drinking only under Drís orders. Curious that AB chose to put their name on this one but not the Wild Hop and Stone Mill.

Bottle. Pours a red amber color with a medium off white head. Has an aroma of light hops and citrus. The taste is a watery sweet malt. Not too much going on with this except its sorghum tag.

12oz bottle from the state wine store
Appearance: Clear copper with a small white head that dissipates quickly, no lacing
Aroma: Yeast, bready and citrus
Taste: Sweet grassy, salty and slightly bitter
This is the second sorghum beer Iíve tried, this is the better of the two but not much. footbalmed

Braudog (6014) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAY 7, 2007
Bottle: At least 4 shades darker than Iíd expected, virtually amber. Not much of a head at all. Super sweet aroma, almost lemonade-like. Flavor is odd -- sweet, musty, grainy, almost a bitter apple twist. Real light in body. Maybe a bit better than Iíd imagined, but still not very enjoyable. God bless celiacs, if this is the best we can do for them. (#2846, 5/7/2007)

Pailhead (5675) - Plymouth, Michigan, USA - JAN 17, 2007
Bottle: The aroma is light with hints of apple, citrus, and a touch of hops. It pours a transparent golden-amber with a small white head that diminishes quickly. The flavor starts with light apple that lingers throughout and finishes with light grassy hops with a hint of roastiness and sourness. It resemble an amber ale more than a pale lager to me.

Poured an amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, some bubblegum, and sorghum, pretty sweet. Taste was strong caramel, a bit of citrus, toast, and a light bitterness. Probably the biggest bodied, gluten-free beer iíve had.
