thanks ms.crate...pours with low head, and low lacing...tastes like a coppery apa...pretty good, all things considered...steptoe....alittle strange in taste but could be worse!

Bottle: At least 4 shades darker than Iíd expected, virtually amber. Not much of a head at all. Super sweet aroma, almost lemonade-like. Flavor is odd -- sweet, musty, grainy, almost a bitter apple twist. Real light in body. Maybe a bit better than Iíd imagined, but still not very enjoyable. God bless celiacs, if this is the best we can do for them. (#2846, 5/7/2007)

Tallahassee, Fl. - Killearn Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Medium golden pour with an amber tint to it - initial white head fades quickly. Not much of an aroma, whatís there is industrial type watery aroma. Slightly metallic flavor with hints of pepper and ripened vegetables. Mouthfeel is slightly stinging. Advise drinking only under Drís orders. Curious that AB chose to put their name on this one but not the Wild Hop and Stone Mill.

Bottle yeah i didnt read the label i hate sorghum but that aside it was drinkable, i pity the gluten allergy community, i hope there is a support group for this. Amber with a white head. Malty with a caramel body, but still a bit like bark with how chewy the malt comes out. A hint of citrus and gummy notes. Decent for what it is.

Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks alright; a transparent gold with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Smells pretty bland with a bit of hops and a hint of apple juice. Below average on the palate. Not good.

Gluten Free #3: Amber bodied with a head that rapidly reduces to a film, this has an aroma of straw, overly ripe apples, and candy. Itís watery and tastes of grapefruit rind and soap. The finish has a dried grass bitterness. Another delight from A-B!

Bottle: Pours a light golden color with a thick white head and decent lacing. Nose of sharp acidic hops and a husky grain, kinda like millet smells, but i guess itís just the sorghum. The flavor is a bit tinny and thin with a lot of proteins and tart notes on the palate. Finishes husky, not horrible for something with no malt in it. My first sorghum beer, low expectations, so iím impressed.

Poured an amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, some bubblegum, and sorghum, pretty sweet. Taste was strong caramel, a bit of citrus, toast, and a light bitterness. Probably the biggest bodied, gluten-free beer iíve had.

Straight from 12 oz bottle. The aroma raw cane sugar hint of cider mixed with a watered down oísake. I canít pick up any hops. The appearance is clean amber with a small white head. The taste is like aroma but no candy sugar. The palate is clean cut with an aftertaste of almonds. This is the first time I tried a gluten free beer.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2007 Well, letís see. Um, its, ah gosh I dunno, See the thing is, this is so boring its hard to concentrate on rating it. Its barely there. Some aroma, but really faint. Same with the flavor. I use the term loosely, because while it registers in my mouth, it was difficult to pull any specifics out.
