Aroma is crackery, dusty old malts/sorghum I guess, toast, light earthy hops. and almost a dusty copper penny or something cobwebby and metallic. Flavor is similar- extremely weak though even for 4.8% abv- very bland watery crap- light toast, dried dusty old paper and cardboard, pennies, metal, acetaldehyde and DMS with metallic old pissy- shit white wine. Surprisingly worse than I thought it was going to be. Meh.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 21, 2009 Bottle. The most noticable thing about this beer that seems out of wacko, is the metallic taste and smell. Color was amber and nice, head was what one would expect in a Bud product. Overall, for what it is, it is a drinkable beer. Aubrey (2774), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 4, 2009 Clear and medium gold with a fluffy -- yet quickly fading -- head. Lightish texture, but with a chewy base. Some light hop bitterness and aromas (flowers, herbs). Not enough bitterness to balance out the syrup-like and honey-like sweetness. Subtle white wine-like flavor in the aftertaste. Shouldn’t be judged against malt- and/or wheat-based beers. Overall, not undrinkable ... I’m just glad I don’t have Celiac disease, because this would get old real quick. cblado (148), Wisconsin, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 26, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours an amber brown color. Slight off=white head. Aroma is some malt, with a cheesiness as well. Flavor is crisp and malty, with a peculiar barny/grassy aftertaste. Odd beer, but good for the gluten intolerant, I suppose. | 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Sep 24, 2009 From a six pack, sadly. Is there beer in here? I can’t rate, or hate, what I can’t taste. Hopper (311), San Antonio, Texas, USA
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Sep 24, 2009 When I got this I did not see that it was made by AB but good thing I got a single & a new style. Golden brown with no head. The aroma & taste was boring like a basic macro. But if you couldn’t have gluten I guess it could be drinkable. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Sep 12, 2009 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malty and like amber. The flavor contained notes of malt and cardboard. A horrible one that I would not buy again. Rciesla (3611), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 19, 2009 Bottle yeah i didnt read the label i hate sorghum but that aside it was drinkable, i pity the gluten allergy community, i hope there is a support group for this.
Amber with a white head. Malty with a caramel body, but still a bit like bark with how chewy the malt comes out. A hint of citrus and gummy notes. Decent for what it is.
