Bottle. Iíd never seen it before so I snatched one up in a mix 6-pack at Whole Foods.... missed that AB logo =(
Pours a clear golden with a dusting of a head. Smells sweet. Tastes... like coppery water. Very thin, almost flat. Bah.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance Ė Pours a nice amber color with big carbonation bubbles seen streaming through the clear body forming a fizzy white head upon pouring. The head fades very fast leaving no lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell Ė The aroma is sweet with a decent apple cider like smell mixed with a bit of caramel. With these aromas are some other aromas of white wine and a bit of a pear smell.
Taste Ė The taste begins very light in flavor with hints of apple cider and some bitterness of a vinegar like taste. The bitterness gets a bit stronger as the flavor advances with the fruit transitioning a bit to a apple/pear like flavor blend. In the end a mainly more apple cider vinegar flavor with some odd malt like flavors and a paper flavor are left on the tongue. Overall there is very little flavor here with just a hint of sweet fruits, vinegar, and a bit of malt/grain.
Mouthfeel ĖThe body of the beer is very thin and watery with a carbonation level that is a bit on the lower side. The thinner body, while decent for the odd flavor profile, was actually rather too thin for my liking with a carbonation level that was far too low for its drinkability.
Overall Ė Nope. Not doing this one again that is for sure. Not too nice drinking.

bottle. Poured clear gold with a white frothy head. Sweetcorn aroma. Light body with fizzy carbonation, a bit tart. Fairly bland, a touch of lemony citrus with the slightest peppery finish.

[ Bottle ][ 12oz ][ Wedding Reception ][ Free ][ Bourbon Tumbler ][ 8.17.14 ]
>> Pours clear amber orange with little to no foam with zero retention. Nose is apple cider. Taste up front is sour apple cider, light sour bite, pool water. Lemony, tea finish. At least there is no dustiness or stale pine. No hop character nor malt. Super light bodied. Inoffensive, but not enjoyable.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Tried this once when my wife bought a six-pack out of sheer curiosity. Pours an amber color with off-white head. Very sweet to the nose and on the palate. Sweeter than I would have liked, but itís gluten free. Overall, not bad.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
This is weird and doesnít really taste like barley beer but itís not bad. It is orange golden--a shade darker than a Pilsener maybe--w/ a small white head of medium bubbles. The nose on this, I am just not sure what is going on. It smells like tart lemon and a small amount of mint or something. This is light bodied but still has something of an oily slickness despite itís vigorous carbonation. The taste follows the aroma for the most part, very mild but citrusy and lemony in a way that is not common to beer--almost tastes like there is a small amount of lemon juice added or something. It finishes quick and crisp w/ some lingering fruity notes. As strange as this is, it is still very much drinkable and I could put down several of these had I no other option and I would not complain. It is a cut above some of the other gluten-free nonsense beers I have had for this reason but it is still not the best of its kind by a long shot.

Gluten free? Yes? Taste free? Yes! I understand thereís a market for this, but this was almost undrinkable, and got worse as it warmed. Sorghum makes for a funky, musty overall aroma and taste. Blech.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Iíve had this several times and this is my take on this one.
When it was poured, it was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a decent looking clear yet also had a decent haziness about a red color. The head rapidly dissipated into oblivion and left no lacing.
The smell was kind of spicy but malty but it didnít have much else.
The taste was somewhat sweet but spicy.
The palate, well, that sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionable quality about it.
Overall, well, if youíre looking for gluten free beers, in my opinion of what Iíve had, Iíd go with Widmerís Omission series before this stuff. I mean I guess this isnít bad, but Widmerís Omission beers are better.

12oz bottle from Orchard Fresh, Orchard Park, NY. Golden amber with a ring of white head; unusual aroma and taste, reminiscent of rye, so I guess itís the sorghum, otherwise itís fairly standard stuff, with a touch of limey citrus and hardly any hops.
