Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Very complex subtle Bourbon aroma, very sophisticated. Medium body, initially a little sweet fruit and then this mega subtle, spicy Bourbon edge to it. Slightly tart but it’s all good. Very complex. 270812

My favourite of the Cuvee’s from Redbud .. . Pours a deep yellow gold .. good head, leaves some good lacing .. . the yeast is the player, light honey and hay .. . light mouth, quick finish .. . . One reads books..

Bottle on the RBSG 2012 bus. Pours a sudsy goldenrod color. Pleasant apricot aroma, maybe pineapple. Some nice grassy farmy notes. Mild flavor with an unobtrusive pale malt base and lots of stone fruit and citrus dancing around. Not particularly robust in any category but very easy to drink, refreshing.

The pour is a cloudy yellow color with a tall white head. A very, very tropical aroma. Nicely bretty with tons of straw and pineapple. Light grass notes, a bit of bread sweetness, and a hint of citric tartness. The flavor is full of fresh pineapple flavor and also has a very good lemon zest note. A light sweetness of bread and tropical fruit. Mild grass, a touch of earth and yeast, and white pepper.
