750ml bottle from Cellar Wine & Spirits in Norman. Pours hazy golden orange with white head. Aromas lemon, wild yeast, funky barnyard, and some fruit. Flavors lemon, wild yeast, some bready malts, some funk, and some hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is on thicker side for the style, but this is a very solid beer and offers a nice complexity.

thanks peter for sharing this beer. new brewery to me. notes of dry sunkissed melon, pleasant floral twang, touch of apricots. whiskey barrel took a backseat, thankfully. touch to much melon fruitiness for my liking. could be a bit dryer. but all around pretty good, and a nice first beer to try from this redbud brewery. thanks peter for sharing.

It pours thick solid lemon in color with a light foamy head. The aroma is light sweet and fruity with a bit of citrus, perfect on my palate. The flavor is light funky with some wild yeast on the tongue. The body is a bit lighter, not very thick. The aroma is the best part.
