Caped 750 from ericandersnavy. Pours hazy dark gold with a slight white head. Aromas of caramel and fruit. Med body. Mildly citric. Mildly sour and suddenly quite a farmyard experience. Finishes earthy/bitter/sour. Nice.

Enjoyed at the Black Friday Tasting courtesy of swillbur pouring up murky grapefruit juice supporting a near white head. The aroma is yeasty spices, mild yeasty funk, peach and some vague tartness and more funky yeast. The taste is similar with a refreshing mix of spicy yeast, smooth tartness, some soured funk and assorted soft fruity notes. Nice stuff.

Bottle thanks to Tommy. Pours hazy yellow with small head. Citrusy/lemony nose with a hint of wood. Taste is the same with some carbonation bite. Very bitter and tart on the end. Light body and the alcohol is present on the finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy yellow with fizzy white head. Aroma of some farmhouse, bright citrus. Flavor is much the same, dry with notes of grass, earth, some citrus, nice bitter in the finish. Light-medium body with high fizzy carb. Pretty solid.

Strange saison. Not as much of a fan of this as i was cuvee 3, the barrel aging on this brew gives it some complex flavors. Good but not great.
