Big bold and surprising This is our interpretation of the classic pale ale. You’ll sense fresh fruit flavours with a rich caramel smoothness and a lasting bitterness on the finish. Brewed using the very best maris otter pale malt and an adventurous blend of American and New Zealand sourced hops. 5.5% abv

Bottle at The Rake, London, 20th October 2012 on The Thames Tipple, now well into London and running out of pubs fast (this was a Fin bonus) also in company of Ang Tasty pale ale. we consumed this alongside a Kernel IPA and whilst The Kernel would be my beer of choice every time, this was very decent. Fruity with some grapefruit in the mouth, good bite. Nice beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Draft at gollem. Pours clear blonde , good white head. Smell is floral fruity. Tastte is very perfumy , fruity , floraal ,almost soapy. Really elzgant with a fine bitterness and a lasting aromatic aftertaste. If only a bit bigger maltbase was present , this would be worldclasss

(Redchurch Bethnal Pale Ale) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 5.5% Golden orange coloured beer, with a mostly clear body and a white small head sitting on top. Thin too, with average retention. Aroma has caramel malts, biscuit, orange peel. Nicely bitter taste, not too much but the bitterness is constantly there, from the first sip. Light caramel, perfume, lemon flowers. Medium thin body, soft carbonation, mild dryness on the palate. Pretty good, more than I expected.

Really quite enjoying this. Fruity and hoppy and delicious. A little cloudy but could be due to the sediment I poured in there ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear darker golden color, topped with a rather small white head and a weak retention. Nice fruity aroma, notes of citruses and some pine as well. Taste is light, almost a bit watery but it has a decent hoppy bitterness and some quite bitter herbs in the aftertaste. Not a bad one, easily drinkable, bu a bit empty.

330ml bottle @Il Santo Bevitore (Rome). Deep golden color with a decent white head. Aroma is hoppy, powerful and persistent, tropical fruits, citrus and grapefruit, malt. Flavour is balanced between malt and hops with a clean and quite dry end. Medium to low body, medium carbonation. Refreshing and drinkable.
