Bottle at Redchurch. It pours very lightly hazy amber with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, lemon, spearmint, cereal bread and hay. The taste is smooth, crisp, straw, bread, lemon peel, lemon verbena, grass, pithy, light spice and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad.

On keg at the brewery taproom. A huge not to Augustiner in the malt department. Super clean. A little old but genuinely a style which I don’t see done too well and this is. I need a fresher bottle/keg batch but it wasn’t too badly oxidised. I enjoyed the usage of malts and it was correctly hopped for the style. A beer I can sit back and enjoy. Great stuff again RedChurch.
