330ml bottle from Ales by Mail

BBE 10.04.2014 - Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, some bready maltiness and crisp citrusy notes. Taste is smooth, grassy hoppy and fruity with some bready maltiness and crisp citrusy notes. Finish is dry, bitter and crisp with some hints of bready maltiness. Quite grassy and fruity lager, that still is easily recognizable as a lager.

Bottle at home, from ABM, 07/03/14. Lightly hazed orange amber with a well appointed off white head. Nose is pithy citrics, peach, light mineral tones, straw, toasted malts. Taste comprises orang pith, straw, citric sherbet, toasty, chalky minerals, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp drying close. Another well made beer from Redchurch.

Idiosynkrasie (3587) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - FEB 27, 2014
330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma with a mineral and fruity touch, unripe kiwi, mandarine, orange zest. Taste is initially bitter and fruity hoppy, later the dry, grainy basis with husk notes appears, slightly metallic finish. Takes its quality all from the ale-imitating hoppy character; with the hop flavours passing away a mediocre, grainy, husky basis emerges at the surface. Not fully convincing.

maneliquor (2995) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2014
Bottle at Patty N Bun. Straight from bottle but looked good on another table. Nose is citric hops, bright orange rind, touch grassy and doughy. Taste is refreshing citrus fruits, plenty crisp and quite lemon forward with a nice juiciness to it. Flows so well with clean bitterness on the finish. Very nice
