(On Tap) Cloudy pale yellow with good white head. Aroma of lemon drops with nice floral notes. Mouth filling soft carbonation. Citrus and specifically like start. Lime rather overwhelms what seems like quite a decent wheat beer. Refreshing but not quite right.

Tasted at Singapore microbrewery. Pours a thick white head with light spices. Dense and hazy butter colored body. Refreshing in tropical weather thanks to abundant carbonation and some citrus flavors. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of lemon, fruit, wheat and bitterness.

Cloudy pale blond color. If the aroma (with light lime) can be forgiven, the flavor cannot; lime is a vile ingredient in beer, and the impression is of drinking a cleaning product.

Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.
Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.
Cloudy inside of a lemon pale yellow color, white head. Sweet, lime, zest taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, wheat, lime scent.
Perhaps refreshing, but not really for my taste. Like a higher alcohol radler. Too much focus on the lime.

Aroma: Smelling of lemon esters and disinfectant.
Appearance: A hazy light straw colored beer. A white head with some lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet wheat bread, lemon marmalade and peel.
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft and watery texture. A small body.
Overall: A bit artificial.
Note: On-tap at RedDot. Reviewed 2013-01-10.

Draft at the Dempsey Rd locale. Yep, the weizen with some lime juice added. Not bad at all. Seemed fairly fresh and not like they just added some lime flavored chemical. Not really complex but definitely refreshing.

A hazed yellow alew tih a thin white head. In aroma, light lime and banana, lemon grass. In mouth, a light weizen with light bananas, watery and boring. On tap at brewpub, July 11 2011.

Cloudy and yellow. Thick head. Smells like a light weizen. Mix of soft limey notes and sweet weizen with banana and marshmallow. OK.

Draft @ brewpub. Certainly the wheat with lime juice added, not sure if it warrants mention as a separate beer but anyway it’s canary yellow with a stable white head. Mellow fresh lime aroma is subdued and not too candylike. Retains wheat malt character. The lime does emerge more in the flavors, but never becomes like candy thankfully. In fact, the wheat malt base is good. Can taste the malt and the fruity yeast esters complement the addition of the lime. Soft carbonation. The lime comes out actually as a nice natural rind bitterness as well as lime juice that is not too sweet. Well done, it’s balanced and clean. I was expecting something bad and so this was a good surprise.
