This pours a pale amber color with only a momentary head as it basically looks like slightly carbonated apple juice. The scent is mild with the standard apple cider aroma. The taste starts off with a decent apple flavor but quickly turns kind of sour as it finishes. If you are looking for a good, easy to find cider then go with Angry Orchard. If you are looking for a good apple beer, then go with New Glarus Apple Ale. This beer leaves a lot of room for improvement in volume and in taste.

12 oz. Clear apple cider color with a Road Runner head - before you can say meep-meep, it’s gone! Smell is nothing but apple cider. Taste is lightly tart green apple cider, with maybe? a faint touch of leafy hop. Light bodied with tingly carbonation, and sweetish with a slight tart balance. This is an OK cider, but rating is lowered for the bullshit labeling of this as an ale. Glad I only bought one. F U MillerCoors!

Yellow, fizzy, timid white head that disappears in the blink of an eye. Smells...terrible, really. Like Apple vinegar and pork fat. Thin, fizzy body. Tastes a little better than the odor would indicate, with a reasonable apple flavor.

12oz bottle leftover from local beer rep meeting. Filtered, dulled, lifeless copper pee color. No real head to speak of. Big artificial apple aroma..nails it I guess. It’s not intolerable, most apple ales aren’t so different. Just tastes like an alcohol infused sugary drink at the end of the day. Drinkable, a great beer for a 14 year old.

Clear gold pour. Aroma is apple cider/processed apple juice. No bitter taste at all, but also not overly sweet. Apple flavors, of course, and not much else. Boring.

12/16/12. 12oz bottle from Warehouse in Albany. wtf, Suds? Clear dark golden pour with a fizzy head that goes away completely and doesn’t lace one bit. Sweet apple aroma and flavor with both flesh and peel aspects... almost a cider... in a fake, flavored kind of way.

Pours a deep gold .. medium head at first, dies down alot! .. . this is a real knife .. . apple, red apple skin, and sweet hay with apple juice spilled on it by a grisseled old farmer with a limp .. . . light fizz, light quick finish .. . nothing i’d ever want again .. . .

Boy, ..babies sure don’t like wasabi.

Clear 12oz twist-off bottle. Ugh, headache in a bottle. Aroma of apple juice concentrate with scents of Miller Lite. Hints of apple skin. Very fizzy, obviously force carbonation. It went flat quickly. Tastes like an apple flavored wine cooler. Very uneventful. Finishes like a Minute Made juice box. (3524)

The aroma is god awful with what seems like a chemical brew of apple cider vinegar and apple sour candy. The appearance is pale gold with no head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin but fizzy. Overall a complete disaster, awful.

Man I dont know how to rate this one..... apple must be a tough flavor for a beer or ale this tastes like a cider except it looks and pours like a light beer. No head at all. Light color. Bite of apples but not to harsh. Went down fairly easy I like it but I don’t know how they can call this a beer or ale. For what it was it was ok not something I would go to often. Thats for sure I have 5 more to down or do something with. Had to try it. Test marketing in the south right now. Missed the shipyard one thisyear doubt I missed much. Shocktop has one due next now thats scarry still trying to decide how to rate the End of World Wheat need to try one more.
