Fra cask på Draft House, Tower Bridge 18 Mai 11. Gylden. OK kremaktig skum. Fruktig aroma. Smaken er aprikos og litt annen frukt. Tilløp til syrlig bitter ettersmak. Bra.

(Cask at Bree Louise, Euston, London, 24 Nov 2011) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with dried apricots, orange and citrussy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of apricots, orange and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Well balanced, refreshing and quite drinkable. Nice one.

imdownthepub (10021) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2011
Cask conditioned in The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon. Hazed gold with white head. Orange hoppy aroma leading to a crisp fruity hoppy beer. Lots of fruitiness, apricot, passion fruit, oily hop notes on a slightly caramelised malt body that tasted a little powdery, probably due to the haze. This is a very pleasant beer in very pleasant surroundings.

Cask (gravity) - Norwich Beer Festival 2011. Poured with an initially large & lasting bubbly, fluffy beige head leaving a heavy lace atop a clear golden amber body. Definite pine and resinous aromas hit the nose at the fore with late developing tangerine & peach. Heavier on the malt side on the tongue, remaining still quite crisp & hoppy, zesty & bright, particularly late on but certainly richer in terms of caramel, toasted malt & mid fruits at first. Smooth, light carbonation, medium body, medium length bitterness with a lingering nutty aftertaste.

Half pint, well kept cask at Craft Beer Co. Decent, bubbly white head, clear amber body. Leafy hops to the nose. Well blended flavour of fruits and malts, hints of grapefruits, lemon, dusty hops and semi-sweet malts. Smooth bitter ending. Tottenham supporters should be proud of this one. Hope to see a cask ale celebrating the hammers next time… (London, 01.08.2011).
