On tap at Pig’s Ear 2012. A clear golden bitter, quite light on the palate, decent hop flavour, piney and a touch of citrus. Well balanced and drinkable, you could have lots of this.

Un-retired! Cask @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is moldy grapes, some skunk, plenty of fresh grass and pacific hop. The taste is acerbic pacific hop funk, sherbet, lemon peel and straw. Nice, light. Quite bitter on the finish. Overall, quite a nice, hoppy half.
