Clear orange amber with a moderate off white covering that retains as bubbles.
Nose is bready malts, cereals, bread dough, tea leaves, orchard fruit.
Taste comprises mellow fruit, hint of melon, straw, earthy, light toffee twang, bready malt.
Medium boided, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with sublte leafy bitterness.
Nice easy drinking bitter.

Ascot 2013. Pours a light gold colour with a white head, aroma is sweet malt, taste is bitter with some hops with a dry finish.

Cask at the Watford Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear, dark golden colour with a small, rocky white head. Grassy hop aroma with citrus and sweet fruit notes. Flavours of peach, straw and bready malt. Light hop resin on the palate, balanced with melon and dough. Quaffable.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2013. Aroma is tea, sweet nutty malt. Light berry. Clear golden colour with no head. Flavour is clean caramel nutty malt with light earthy hedgerow hop. Mineral water profile.

Cask at Craft Beer Clerkenwell, London. Amber beer with a decent offwhite head. Malty aroma, dark bread, biscuits, hay, lemongrass, some floral notes. Hoppy citrus flavor, biscuits, resin, floral notes, some hay. Hoppy finish with citrus and some spicy notes.

Cask at Earl Ferrers, Streatham. Pours a gold colour with white head. Not much aroma, a bit bready toasty, some sweetness. Pretty crisp, refreshing. It's nice enough - some honey, lemon, a pleasant bitterness. OK.

Cask at Enfield Town FC. Orange with a frothy head, dominated by floral hops but a bit bland. Acceptable bitter but a bit disappointing as I’ve always liked the brewery’s other efforts.

Pint in Kings Head, Clapham. Light golden bitter, almost no head. Nose is floral and grainy malts. Taste is light citrous grassy hops, light caramel, fairly standard light golden bitter.
