Keg at The London Craft Beer Festival. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of biscuit, subtle caramel, some straw and fresh, floral, earthy, herbal hops. Taste of biscuit, straw, slight orange, subtle clove and herbal, floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, biscuity malt finish. An easy drinking golden ale with a good hop character. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light straw - grass, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, zesty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grass - straw, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140810]
