Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light straw - grass, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, zesty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grass - straw, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Clear pale blond beer, small irregular big bubbled head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: herbal, hay, grains, bit metallic, bit soapy. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, grains, malty but not sweet, cow fodder. Aftertaste: little bitter, grassy, hay, grains, German impression.

Cask at the Defector’s Weld. Pale yellow, clear, still, small white head. Aroma has lots of sulphur, eggy. Body is light, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is mild and thin, watery malts, not bitter. Tastes OK I suppose, but the smell is very off-putting.
