3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at the Cricketers. It pours golden with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is fresh, floral, hay. sweet dough, light biscuit and lemon. The taste is crisp, bitter, citric, floral notes, dough and biscuit with a refreshingly dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Crushable and very refreshing. Grade A golden. The sort if beer even I would order by the pint!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden clear, thin, lacing white head. Citrus hoppy aroma, covering much else. Flavor has citrus hops, and thats it. Really. Tasty, thin, and the drinkability is high. For a low abv this is quite good.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask @ Gallows Bird, RAF2014. Pours a light orangey gold with a small, white head. Aroma is a lot of grapefruit and lemon. Taste is light with a lot of hoppiness. Grapefruit and citrus, quite a dollop of lemon, light straw. Light, a bit juice-like. Hop juice, but good one at that.

Cask at the Gallows Bird, Espoo, Finland.
Clear golden colour with a tiny white head.
Fruity and floral hoppy aroma with some bitterness. The flavour is floral hops, woody dryness, dry malt and moderate bitterness. Very nice for a 3% ale. Very drinkable.

Cask @ Gallows Bird ⅩⅦ Real Ale Festival
Aroma has fruity hops, some hay and hints of peaches. Flavour has woody tones, some hops, minerals and hints of hay. A promising aroma but the flavour is a disappointment; needs more fruits.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma: some sweet malts and light citrus hops. Appearance: clear gold, small creamy head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: turning into a light bitterness, low carbonation. Overall: decent golden ale, for me a tad too watery. Pint at The Princess of Shoreditch, London.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale amber with a thin white head. A little thin, but I guess that goes with the territory. Aroma and taste are very much of West Coast American hops but their characteristics suit the style and fortunately aren’t overpowering. Medium bitter finish and all in all, quite a nice beer. Would make a very good summer refresher.
Works on cask but would be completely overwhelmed by carbonation if served in any other manner.
