My Bottom Line:
This slick Bitterís earthy hops and lightly caramelized cereals move into subtle fruity acidity and toast for a balanced finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the clear dark russet.
-This may be sweeter than what I like in Bitters.
-Carbonation is really low, but this remains quenching.
-Itís a very well made brew, but I canít help but feel itís generic and ďFullerís-likeĒ. Not going to remember this one vividly in a few weeks.
-Flavors are nicely soft throughout.
On cask at St.Johnís Restaurant, London.
