luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA May 13, 2007 Draught at the brewery. Beer is clear, medium borwn with a small, frothy, off-white, mostly and quickly diminishing head that lives on in a light vapor.

The aroma is lightly malty with notes of toasted grain, caramel, biscuit; Hoppy with a moderate note of honey and flowers; Moderate miscellaneous notes of peach and tropical fruit.

The flavor is heavily sweet, moderately bitter with a long, lightly sweet, light-to-moderately bitter finish. Some plasticky rets

The body is medium, the texture is velvety an the carbonation is soft-to-lively. danem (12), Bothell, Washington, USA Feb 26, 2007 On tap at brewery in Boulder CO. Color appears to be light amber (bulbs at bar are red) with lively fine carbonation and thin white head. Nose is light pine with floral notes. Taste is clean and well balanced with even more floral essence. A bit light for my tastes, but nothing is particularly wrong (or spectaular) with this IPA. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 11, 2006 GABF-on tap-pours an offwhite head with copper color. Aroma is light/medium citrus hops. Taste is light/medium citrus hops with some bite, secondary medium malt. OK carbonation.

This was a light golden color IPA with a nice head. Had a great aroma with a light amount of spices to the beer. Liked the warmth this gave as you drank and the hops where good additions throughout.
harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 14, 2006 LIghtly hoppy in the aroma, with some tangy grapefruit citrus, flavor has some nice cookie dough maltiness, balanced out by some resiny piny hops. Light and creamy on the palate, no overly assertive flavors. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA Mar 11, 2006 Small head, body is clear light orange. Light floral hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter, spicy hops up front. Malt is lightly toasted. Finish is clean, sweet. Not bad for an organic offering. BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Jul 25, 2005 Draught at Redfish in Boulder. Pours copper with a small off-white frothy head. Floral hop bouquet with pine notes. Creamy spotty lacing. Pine and floral hop flavor with a roasted caramel malt body. Medium bodied and fizzy palate.
