1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Muted aroma, pours golden with a mild head, taste is dull and uninspired with some grain. Finish is weak. Lacking.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle:   Dark straw, orange hued, faint haze, thin white sudsy head, spotty lacing.   Stale hop aroma, a bit musty, almost like the mash process is stuck in this beer.   Mealy and nutty up front, pale breadiness, no real hops to speak of.   Not much of an APA at all.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Very light lemony like spices on the back.   Seems a touch grassy too.   Not bad, tastes better than it smells as I am not a big fan of inhaling mash.   Otherwise, rather boring.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
must admit, cool bottle. taste is medium apa. drank mostly right from the bottle, assume its slightly hazy yellah. yes, it is. can’t smell it too well, just finished cutting the grass, but it does seem to have a slight lemony perfume, barely perceivable. ok seems to have a rather dull medium hop finish. does have a higher enjoyability factor considering its abv. good hop impression without alky kik.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Grain, soft sweetness, a touch of herbal hops. Farily non descript. Pours golden, nice clarity, soft head that doesnt last. Flavors of grain and soft sweetness, a touch of herbal hops with just enough bitterness to crisp it up. Light bodied with fairly sharp but flabby carb. Tastes like what one would describe as a generic beer.

Drinking this beer made me a bit wistful for the days when Red Hook was one of the better beers you could purchase in Georgia. Those days are long gone. Pours barely darker than a macro lager with light head. No discernible scent. Very faint sweet then bitter taste. Heavily carbonated to mask its utter mediocrity.
