COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2008 (bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy golden color with absolutely no head. Very light aroma, mainly some sweet malts. Taste is almost non-existent, but what little there was was a touch of sweet malts and a small amount of hops. Very thin bodied and flavorless.

Poured from bottle into shaker glass. Off-white head with large soapy bubbles (and yes, my glass was properly rinsed). Golden body. Aroma reminded me a lot of their ESB, except much weaker. Thin body and watery finish.

Good Summer beer. Had it on tap so I give it extra points for freshness. Good full flavor for a light blonde. Subtle hoppie flavor indicative of redhook. Solid brew

The Redhook Blonde Ale pours a light golden color, forming a white, light head. It does not have a very powerful aroma, and the beer finishes light and crisp, leaving little residue on the glass. The Blonde Ale does not have a particularly heavy aftertaste.

Quite sweet, and light, easy drinking, my wife liked this one, its more her style, but it was ok for me, but nothing I’d seek out for myself.

from the bottle. Nice light taste, but without lacking flavor. Clean finish. Nice everyday beer.

Pours golden with not too much head. Clean tasting, but it seems like it is missing something.
