COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

Draft at Petco Park. Poured orange with very small nonlasting head. Very carbonatated. Not a lot of aroma. Some hops. Flavor was much better. Hops and alcohol.

Bottled on 01/19/05. Rated April 29th. Blonde straw gold color but has small head and mist of dust gently resting throughout glass. Aroma has a basic nose of malt and hay. A little bot of corn in the flavor as well as a straw flavor. I imagine this is a decent brew to quaff when fresh, but this beer doesnt last over a 2 month period so good luck finding.

Hops and wheat in aroma. Has slight flavors of wheat, hops and sweet malts. Put a little bit of everything in this. All blends well too. Grass and floral hints. Medium body.

Pours a mdium golden color with no foam. Aroma is mostly grain and malt. Flavor is malty and fairly bitter. Slight hop presence coming through. Not great but it is an easy drinker.

Light hop aroma. Light brown color with a large head. Sweet malt; enjoyable for what it is. Medium body. The wheat is barely noticeable, but it is there.

On tap. Golden yellow, thick white head. Very one dimensional sweet malty. I enjoyed it and thought it was very refreshing and didn’t need to be to complex to be enjoyed.

Had on tap at Bungalow Billiards in Chantilly, VA. Pours hazy yellow with a plain, white head. Smells sweet and barnyardy (grains, wet hay, etc) Taste is very sweet and non-descript. Just a bunch of wheat and malt.

Ugh. What the hell is this crap? Aroma is nonexistentt, and the flavor smells of rotten vegetables. The taste is a carbon copy of the worst plate of ready-made maccaroni and cheese you have ever had in your freakin’ life. Avoid.
