COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

Pours gold, with medium head/lace. Aroma of malt, some hops, some floral/spice. Tastes of malt, slight hops and fruit, and slight honey. Finishes fairly smooth and crisp.

Pretty standard good but not great SUMMER beer. A tad citrusy and crisp.I’d toss this in with the mid quality "lawnmower" beers.

"Winter"? Medium golden with a very thin, white head. Smells floral with some malt and barely some hops. Flavor is citrusy and mildly floral, along with, yes, a little bit of maltiness and a very little bit of hops. Some alcohol warmth. Average mouthfeel. Remarkably barely-average.

This is very average. Pours a light golden color with a fastly fading head. Toasted malty bready flavors, with hops as an afterthought, mostly for bittering and a light touch of floral.

Not bad, out of the bottle pours a golden yellow transparent. Very small head. Taste is pretty unremarkable malty with a bit of bitterness to finish. Not bad but for the price buy something else.

Had this on tap at the Red Rose in Springfield, MA. Anyway, has a light yellow color with some carbonation and little lacing. Smell is very lightly malted. Taste is also lightly malted and finishes with little bitterness. Overall pretty boring...

Has a nice tint of an ale flavor. Little expensive but not too bad. A dandy aroma which excited me greatly

The bottle says that it is the "epitome of refreshment. Although it wasnt bad I would rather have one of my white trash american standards like PBR, Old Mil, Budweiser or Schmidt anyday.
