COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

A nice simple blonde ale. GOlden color that is not cheap looking at all. Little head. Wheaty. Worth a try, especially if you like blonde ales or Red Hook.

Very nice straw color, small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was malty and lightly hoppy with a slight semi-sweet side. The flavor was decent and little else, malty and hoppy again with a nice amount of carbonation and maybe a slight fruit like taste but that might be pushing it a bit.The finish is light hops and malt.not a bad brew decent enough to try again, but that doesn't mean it's good but that it does a little something for me mainly.

Good. Malty. Not adjuncty/sugary. Decent nose. Smooth. Looks good, but a little bit...thick?

"Lightly roasted barley, subtle hops and a touch of wheat" or so they say.. Bought in the 12 oz brown stubby bottle. A nice clear golden colour with a small pure white head that did not last long before disinigrating into a fine lace. It has a nice clean aroma..witha sweet malt accent. Mmmm, pretty subdued taste, light sweet malts, slightly dry finish and only a slight tough of hops. I felt that this beer is over carbonated for my tastes..the carbonation wipes out any delicate flavours this beer might have Though having said this its very very easy to drink in large quantities.

A faint malty hoppy aroma. Not much character in the flavor. A "light" beer by any standards. Very drinkable though still my respect for Redhook is still in decline.

Staw in color, with a meduim sized head. Little amount of hops, but they are present. Lightly malted and sort of sweet. Finish is smooth. A pretty decent beer, but I like the ESB much better.

Great summer beer. Used to buy this before A-B took over ruined the ESB. Still, a nice summer time brew to share at a picnic.

Not very good. Medium golden color. Pours flat with little or no head (the bottle I have is only 3 months old). -Perhaps too long for this type of beer? Anyway, besides the carbonation problem, the flavor just doesn't do a thing for me. Give me a flavorful pale lager over this stuff anyday!
