COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

12 oz. bottle. Clear, gold pour with a thin, whispy, off white head. Aroma of citrus hops and bready malt. Flavor is not that great. A lot of grain, some vegetal notes, and a bit of sweet honey. Finish is pretty bland.

Pours a yellow golden color with thin white head. A rather thin, drinkable ale with flavors of some hops, grains, and a little sweetness. Not spectacular.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is a light malt with yeast and light hop. The taste is a corn malt with light fruit and a bitter finish. Not too much going on with this golden ale from Redhook.

Pours light gold with a few tiny particulates and a 1 finger white head that quickly fades to a skim. Aroma is raw bread dough, wet straw, mop water and citrus hops. Flavor is grainy malt, sweet, toast and roast, a little nutty even. FInish is bitter hops grainy malt and a little corny, not sure if this has corn though. Body is thin and well carbonated. Decent brew, would be good for a BBQ / with ribs or other rich succulent meats. Not a great brew but I could see myself knocking back quite a few on a nice summer (hopefully bbq) evening.
