Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

Bottle. Poured golden with a small whitish head. Aroma is a light amount of citrus and some hoppiness. Relatively refereshing. It is certainly not a bad beer, but thereís nothing spectacular about it.

A rather lackluster golden ale, this near headless brew has a mildly sweet, grassy aroma. The flavor is bland, some slight, light pome fruitiness, some sweet graininess, a touch of herbal hops. Uninteresting.

Bottle: Sweet with light honey and Euro-lager aromas. Pours a lightly hazy yellowish-orange with a small white head with little staying power. Not much up front with very light sour and very light hop finish. Bland and boring.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2005 Pours a "blonde" color with not much head but surprisingly great lacing. Aroma is musky dirty funk ass cock with wheat on the side. Flavors mimics but with a sweeter aftertaste. Finishes musky and poor like the bum Iím considering pouring this on. I donít care for blondes much but saying that I didnít like this blonde much is like saying that Jenna Jamison puts out.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2006 I have never been a big fan of this brewer. Sampled this one from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized yellowish head. The aroma is lightly fruity and faintly sour. The mouthfeel is moderately thick. The flavor is sweet with a light grainy undertone and a slightly dry sour malt finish.
