COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

Nothing particularly special about this one. Entirely tolerable. Light color, (blonde,) some grain flavor. Weak hop profile.

A very good "summer" beer....light, airy taste, but not too much so...Iíve found it to be a good "dark" beer to serve friends who only drink lighter fare...very refreshing

This beer has very little aroma, flavor or head. Itís carbonated very lightly and has no malt sweetness or hop bitterness. It finishes clean, with no aftertaste. I guess this would be the Red Hook ale for the uninitiated.

I think there is too much fruit taste in this beer. If it were a little less bitter it would go down easier.

Iíve always loved the session mild drinkable beer, itís been a staple for me since itís release, and it is being released again in 2014. It is clean tasting and refreshing.
