Bottle- Good summer beer, very refreshing. maybe a bit watery but a pretty good beer

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2008 This was ok for a blonde ale. It had a little bit more body to it than most that I’ve had. Probably the best I’ve had so far.

Pours deep gold with frothy white head and foamy lacing. Notes of wheat and citrus. Well balanced taste with a slight hint of hops in the finish. Crisp and sessionable.

Aroma – Nice malt aroma with a hint of hops and spice.
Appearance – Golden in color, thin head and clear.
Flavor – Light malt flavor with a hint of hops light and bitter.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish.
Overall – Nice light beer easy to drink this was a great summer beer.

Clear grainy but not so for a blonde. Good crisp finish nice carbonation fair palate

Aroma: Moderate sweet malty aroma. medium hop aroma, Light yellow brilliant c;ear. Medium white head good retention.
Flavor: Initial soft malty some corn flavor Balance is normally towards the malt. Finishes medium-dry to somewhat sweet. No diacetyl.
Overall Impression: Easy-drinking, corn flavor distracts some

Pour is of course golden with a large white head. Aroma is faint malts with a touch of grassy hops. Nothing really stands out but it is a nice sweet aroma. Flavor is hoppy and dry with some bitterness and a slight sweetness. This is just fine on a warm night but not much more than that. Its also fairly cheap.

This is a surprisingly complex brew. Very wheaty, with a very nice hoppy touch--almost floral nose. Satisfying--good cold or even warming. There are some sour tendencies, but this is a very nice beer. Drink it. Now.
