COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redhook Blonde combines the best attributes of a flavorful golden ale with the refreshing qualities of a lager. The ale is brewed with three different malts and two hop varietals. Lightly roasted barley and a touch of wheat, combined with an ample portion of hops, creates a truly crowd pleasing beer . Redhook Blonde pairs well with medium flavored foods such as fish, nachos or salad. Available year round.

Had this after an IPA and it felt like water in my mouth initially. After some time to adjust the second sip didn't offer much more. Hint of a cream ale, mild bitterness. Not unpleasant---I'd offer it to my bud drinking friends as a training wheel beer...

Tasted bottle from mix pack into standard pint glass. Poured a clear, light golden color with fluffy white foam, somewhat lasting with a little lace. Aroma of grass, toast, distant noble hops, very faint roasted barley and even fainter fruity yeast phenols. Flavor is almost entirely neutral, but hints of malt-sweetness, hops bitterness, and just a little apricot. This isn’t a spicy Belgian blond ale, and it’s not a crisp, clean lager either. It’s something in between; not bad but kind of bland and boring. Still drinkable and relatively refreshing, would be good with rich food.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear gold color and has a nice, one inch, white head that slowly fades. Taste is of malt, barley, honey, grass and some hops. Similar aroma. Has a decent body. There is a slight bitterness towards the end. Not as easy to drink as I thought it would be. Not bad, but not worth getting again.

Bottle. Clear golden with white head. Aromas of cereal, caramel, honey, grass. Flavors of cereal, honey, caramel. Balanced finish. Medium-thin body with soapy mouthfeel and moderate, low carbonation. Not very enticing but flawless. Great session beer.

An average beer. Clear gold with little head. Taste is wheaty, and little sweet and lemony, kind of like a Natty Light. A good beer, but nothing spectacular. A better alternative to Natty Light.

Beer is ok. Has a citrus tint to it. Has frothy head. Has a good pour but the aroma is not appealing. My suggestion would be a different beer in most circumstances

Tap, Pour 24, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dusty yellow with a scant white halo. Heavy diacetyl aroma with underlying hop greenery and..banana? Fizzy and brain-chillingly cold with notes of lemon jelly, biscuit and butter. Some orange and lychee on the belch. Not loved or looked after. Probably much better than this.
