Draft at Gingerman. Dark brown with amber highlights. The aroma is roasted malt with pumpkin pie spices, heavy on cinnamon. Silky smooth palate, lots of vanilla, canned pumpkin, and spice flavors. It works well.

On tap at my favorite local watering hole. Served in a pint glass. Pours reddish dark brown with hints of ruby. Thin beige cap with no lace. Aroma is some sweet pumpkin pie with light spices and sweet chocolate malt. Flavor is more of the same. Smooth palate, a bit to the light side. Minimal carbonation. Nice merging of a pumpkin beer with a porter. Quite nice.
