COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Blueline Series beer. A collaboration with the Emerald City Supporters, this lager gets its color from the generous use of caramel malts. The medium bitterness comes from the addition of Noble hops. Sky of blue, sea of green, and a lager of amber.

I first drank one of these after playing football for three hours without having any water, and damn did this do the trick. Just saying, this beer is meant for chugging by athletes and their fans, and it accomplishes that perfectly.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with very little white head on it. Very little aroma to this one, and not much to evaluate. Taste is quite a bit like corn, and ends up being a little sweet on the back end. Nothing special.

Serving: from bottle--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles. Aroma: lightly sweet malt. Appearance: small, frothy, off-white, initial head. Clear, medium-amber body. Taste: lightly sweet, caramel initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: medium body, syrupy texture and lively carbonation. Overall: pretty good.

Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured a dark clear amber. White head. Good lacing. Nose of lightly toasted malts. Some floral hops and light fruit. Medium body. Flavor is mild with good malts and hops in balance. Not much bitterness. Easy drinking.

Bomber from Hayduke that we had together over facebook chat. This pours with a big fluffy beige head. The beer is almost clear amber and a lot of visible carbonation can be seen. Mostly sweet malts in the aroma but some fruit, too. The flavor is exactly the same. Sweet Irish malts that bring some biscuits and soft fruit. Some bread and light toffee. Just a hint of spiciness and floral notes from the hops. Bitterness is almost nonexistent. Just of bit of earth.

Pours an amber color with a medium white head with pretty good lacing. Smells of caramel, pale malt, and nuts, tastes of all caramel, nuts and toffee. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly creamy with medium carbonation. This a pretty tasty amber beer. Redhook did a pretty good job overall.

Bottle:   Deep amber, copper hues, moderate to large foamy sandy head, fairly nice lacing.   Soft mealy nose, a bit bready, a touch nutty.   Similar on the tongue, mild sweetness, a little tangy.   Fairly easy drinking, nothing too light, but also nothing out of the realm of pedestrian.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   More bready/nutty than your average Premium Lager, which is nice.   Yet, its not as crisp or vibrant.   A different bird I guess.   Still somewhat enjoyable.

Lagerboy (1325) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 18, 2012
Clear light copper, foamy off white head settles and fades. Faint sweet lager malt aroma. Thin caramel malts and mildly bitter hop taste. Pretty feeble and watery. Average carbonation, light bodied, lightly hopped. Insipid and boring. Vapid finish. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)
