Red amber with a small head very clear quite a bit of carbonation. Smell high on alcohol and some berries. Taste like berries mostly cherry. A kind of bittersweet taste, some smokiness and too much alcohol. for the mouth feel a little to much of the carbonation on my taste

Enticing flowery aroma with banana tones. Taste is great from start to finish! Will be even better with age.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice beer. Really nice beer. The beer had a concentrated type flavor to it with big prominent malt flavors. Big notes of burnt sugar/caramel and floral notes like rose-petals. It was very enjoyable.
The nose and flavor were both very similar to those of bourbon or cognac with a lot less alcohol. However, the alcohol was very, very present for 11% and I thought it was very well done. My type of beer.

Draft @ Balileys 2010 vintage. Deep orange pour. Aroma of big ripe fruits and berries with some rich caramel. Taste is syrupy, warming booze, , some more ripe fruit and caramel. Good treat, but almost too rich and syrupy to enjoy an entire one myself. Not sure how age affected it, but it seemed to still be bursting with flavors.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bomber, Fall 2010 vintage, from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville. Pours a clear, viscous looking amber with not much of a head. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, raisin and tinny hops. The taste is caramel, toasted malts, stone fruits, booze and a hoppy finish. Medium-full bodied, low carbonation and significant heat.

Tap @ Baileyís Taproom (2010)... Poured a honey amber/burnt orange with a bubbly white head. Nose had a hint of oxidization. Bread-like malts, big sweetness, apricots, alcohol burn. Mild carbonation with a thinner palate. Honey, candy corn, medicinal alcohol qualities.

A weird beer. Donít even know what to say, but its not pleasant, a weird corn character of sorts. And some other strange notes. Iunno.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared with a friend. Leaves a little bitterness at the end of the sip. Aroma is nice with smell of alcohol undertones. Not great for a limited release, but not a bad beer overall.
