On Tap, pint.
Copper/amber pour with white head. Malty aroma with slight citrus and spice note. Nothing special about this beer. It did not stand out.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Clear light amber under a foamy white sticky head. Nose is a bit earthy malty with some pale nuttiness and light earthy toffee. Flavor is the same; light blonde nuttiness, a light quaffable earthy malt body, mild leafy bitterness that wouldn’t scare anyone away..kinda plain and lightly ’dark’.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours amber with a small brownish head. Aroma is caramel, bread and a touch of floral. Taste is sweet with mild bitters, mostly sweet. Medium bodied, inoffensive and not really a pale ale IMHO.

I enjoy a nice amber beer and this was smooth. It had good color and some what of a caramel flavor to it. I enjoyed it.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a clear yellow color, with a clean watery malt aroma. Taste is clean and crisp, with little to no flavor. A minute caramel flavor mixed with a filtered water taste. Overall, an easy drinking beer but not complex at all. A slight disappointment.

BW3 in Pewaukee. Tastes great until I read other rankings, then it suddenly seemed watery. I’m so succeptible to suggestion.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a dark clear gold with a long lasting beige head. Aroma of malt, no hops. Flavour is quite light, but refreshingly malty and slightly sweet. Finish is smooth and creamy with a slight sweetness.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
on tap at Buffalo Wild Wings; dark amber color; fairly well balanced; caramelly malt with bitter hops; a decent beer; hops provide some bitterness, but don’t do much for the flavor; lacking the hop profile that should be present in an American Pale Ale

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent honey orange with foamy white head. Smells of mild hops and pale malt. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Better than it’s mean suggests IMO.

1/16/14. On tap at Buffalo Wild Wings. Whoa random tick. Clear amber pour with a small khaki head. Bland earthy hop profile and light caramel. Plain, inoffensive.
