very nice herbal smell. poured a little darker than the taste, since the flavor was a little on the light side. not really in a bad way though, i could have a few of them easily, and enjoyed the taste all the way through. good for when you need an IPA but not great if you want a great IPA.

Didn’t think IPA could be bad until now. The taste and aroma are both weak and barely hovering on existence. What flavor I can get from it is very disappointing or even displeasing compared to the other IPAs I’ve enjoyed. Drinkable but not recommended with all the better IPA options available.

Pours a nice, deep, bright gold with a thin off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy - a lovely, flowery, fruity hoppiness. The flavor starts off fruity and bitter with some crystal malts. The finish is dry and hoppy and burps taste like flowery, citrusy hops. The mouthfeel is medium in body, a little dry, and creamy with carbonation. Overall, the strongest offering from the sampler I ordered - and by strongest I mean best.

This beer pours a very light amber with a thin white head. The smell of this thing is not very great... It’s not that bad, though either, I Probably shouldn’t have expected more but I did. The flavors emulate the smell, very faint flavors of hops and a slightly grassy taste. This is prob. one of the lower quality ipa’s I’ve had. Oh well... Good thing I only have one of them! Cheers!

12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a smaller off white head. The aroma is mainly citrus hops, but they are not very prominent. The flavor has sweet malt, flowery hops, and orange peel. The flavor is not strong enough to be included with the IPAs. Not bad but not special.

This was a golden brown pour that showed notes of malt. The malt showed into the palate with the citrus and cloves of the hops. It then had a nice balanced bitter finish.

Golden color, nice lace. The aroma is light. The body is not too strong, the malt flavor neither, the hopping is ok. Correctly brewed, not extreme, English style IPA.
-as Ballard Bitter, 6-5-7-5-14=37
Golden color; nice creamy head and lace. Smooth, malty, hoppy enough. A good silky Golden Ale.
