Not too hoppy to me, there, but subtle, a nice stickiness, along with malt, a nice, easy drinking IPA

on tap-pours a white head with gold/yellow color. Aroma is citrus hops-bitter. Taste is citrus hops-bitter, secondary/faint medium/light malt. OK carbonation.

Sample from a bottle at Binny’s "Fall Festival of BEERS." Hoppy, but not overly so for an IPA. Clear golden-orange color. GOod refreshing flavor.

Pours orange-amber with white head. Hops nose as any IPA delivers. as well as the bitter flowery hop taste.

Very crisp and delightfully bitter. Excellent aroma with an exciting taste. A very nice IPA!

I do think my instincts were correct. I would and do like IPAs. I couldnt smell it super well but what little I did smell I do like (I have allergies so you can take it with a grain of salt though). It’s look wasn’t spectacular or intimidating or any of those things I put value in (being a man there is a certain thrill by drinking something that looks intimidating). It tasted great, bitter but well rounded. I cant pick out flavors yet (still a beginner) but I really enjoyed this. Oddly enough I think it would go good with bacon and eggs. I dont think I would cook with it though. It felt carbonated, alittle too carbonated but still great. Not thin and not thick. Rather comfortable feeling. Overall this was a great beer to me, someone who is as green as the leaves that make you float. Not particularly expensive either.

I’m not a fan of IPAs in general, but this one is very well done, and makes it on my list of ones that I would actually choose over many lagers and ales. Good color and nice head. The aftertaste was nice and flowery without being excessive.

A wonderfully quaffable IPA! Pours a light copper color. A bitter hoppiness fills the nose, hinting at some pine and floral notes. Not the best IPA in the world, but a good one. Perfect for an outdoor grill party, or just hanging out with some friend. (And it’s brewed right where I grew up...Woodinville, WA. Oh, and the brewery has a great tour which includes lots of free beer and a cool free glass.)
