Bottle. Poured a golden color with an off-whte head. Aroma of citrus hops, sweet malt, and grass. Taste is similar with mild grassy and citrusy hops, with some sweet malt. Mouth is medium bodied with a lightly bitter finish. Overall, a fair IPA.

An average IPA. Cloudy orange pour with a minimal with a minimal white head. Zesty/hoppy aromas. Tastes of spices, fruits, and mild bitter notes. Less bitter than other IPAs, which I like. A bit bland, but not a bad beer. Enjoyed at Finnegan’s Wake in Key West, FL.

Pleasant mildly hopped IPA. Crisp and dry as the label says, but not as hoppy as I’d like. Rated 8/14/02

Light dry crisp mildly sweet mild fruit flavor. Dry mild hop citrus end. Hoppy Bock. Mild IPA. Sampled 4/2/2002. 2002 22 oz. Bottle. 6.50% ABV. (4.0 / 5.0) Clear rich golden color. Light head and lace. Crisp mild floral hop front. Smooth rich crisp crystal malt body with balanced sweetness and clean mild butter malt flavor. Smooth mild citrus bitter hop end. Crisp tangy dry sweet thin caramel body. Tangy rich citrus hop end. Fresh, Clean, Tangy, Hoppy, Tasty but unbalanced despite only 45 IBU’s. Sampled 6/3/2005. 2005-C--aka Ballard Bitter 12 oz. Bottle. 6.50% ABV--45 IBU’s. (4.0 / 5.0) Mild lace head. Clear thin golden color. Mild floral hop front. Crisp tangy thin mild sweet mild caramel citrus body. Tangy hop citrus clean mild IPA end. Subdued IPA. Sampled 6/1/2005.

Bottle from BevMo. Yellow color with a small white head. Malty, fresh hops aroma and a sweet malty, light floral hoppy, citrus taste. Medium body with a dry finish.

on tap. dry and floral in the nose and a lot of pine in the taste. fairly ordinary

Decent floral aroma. Poured a light amber color with a small white head that left a little bit of lacing. Good citrus flavor. Not very interesting or memorable and it was a bit thin but overall a solid IPA.

On tap. Pour a dark golden with a slight offwhite head. Aroma is light herbal hop and some sweet malt balance. No real freshness in the flavor, a little tired, sweet maltiness with a piney hop bitterness. Run of the Mill
