Aroma is sweet orange peel and hay. Flavor is hoppy to finish, and nicely sweet, with that nice orange essence. sneagrams3 (1747), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 24, 2006 Medium-dark copper color with an off-white, thin head. Very little perceptible aroma. Taste of citrus, roasted malt and a mild, floral hoppy finish with a touch of iced tea flavor to it. A bit on the watery side, but a pleasing level of carbonation giving it a decent palate score. Decently dry finish with a bit of a brace to it. Okay session beer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 22, 2006 Beer pours up an attractive copper color with a nicely retained beige colored head. Aroma is sweet malt like sweet bread with a light dry spice hop note as well. Flavor is sweet, with just a bit of hop bitterness, but not enough for my taste. Not an awful amber, but not terrific either. Obviously not an east coast only beer anymore, as I bought it here in Texas. PGA324 (85), Savage, Minnesota, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 19, 2006 A fairly ordinary beer, seemed to become more water flavored as beer warmed. Amber in color, clear, average head. Expect more from a seasonal. Trappist (279), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Sep 18, 2006 Not much to be desired here, mild hoppiness and somewhat astrigent that leaves the mouth dry. Basic amber ale.
