3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
bottle, citrus, hoppy, which leads to some bitterness, but in a good way, could see getting hammered on a few of these

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Yes, I see no reason for such a low score, this is good beer. Bottle. Pours a golden light amber color, full head. Aroma is citrus hops. Flavor dominated by American hops. Not much malt backbone, this is all hops. Has a thin dryness with a wierd sweetness which brings the score down some, but overall this is good.

Sweet hoppy piney aroma. Medium/light bodied. Overall another good IPA, otherwise unremarkable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ E & O Trading Co, Larkspur. Poured much lighter and more of a golden hue than most IPAís with a fluffy off white head. This one smelled and tasted a little like a IIPA because of the pine/ citrus notes that carried through to the flavor. Clean, bitter finish was the best attribute, but I wonít have this one again.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2008 The usual suspects, really isnít very interesting at all. Maybe the most boring IPA iíve ever had? With that said, itís still not too bad, it has better intentions than most macros.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Flavorless IPA. If youíve never had an IPA before, itís a good starter. But if you long for the rich bitter hoppiness that is in a real IPA, steer clear. Very pedestrian.

meh, 12oz bottle, not really a fan of this one, not enough hops... would consider it a pale ale, in which case it would be great :D, actually mild hops finish which is easy sippin for most people

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Smells a little fishy along with those slight hop aromas. Looks like the ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color and appearance. Tastes somewhat like soap, as with most IPA. Some mild carbonation. If you like IPA, itís on style for the most part except the aroma and you should try it. Lingering grapefruit rind bitter finish. Not as week in the bitter department as many here are saying. Will not buy again. Just plain rude if simply put. Very similar in taste and palate if compared to Stone IPA.

This beer tastes like I took a bunch of caramel, 7UP, and some earwax and put into a bottle. I like the hoppy earwax taste. And yes, I have tasted my own earwax. This beer is nothing special, just a plain old IPA with a cool name and local ties.
