3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Supposedly a new recipe. Nice hoppy nose that was the highlight of the Redhook run. Light hopy body with a dry finish.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Wow, talk about false advertising or something. This beer reminded me of one of those English blond ales or some light summer beer. Its a hoppy beer, but not IPA hops. Not even English style hoppy. Just kind of a nice summer beer.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Look: Light amber/orange. Poured with practically no head. The smell is a little hoppy, not much in the smell department. Fruity overtones. Grapefruity. The taste is mild bitterness, very smooth, fruity. Mild IPA. Great drinkability

Below average IPA. Pretty bland all around. Some hops an a dry finish. Try something else.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had on draft at a local bar. Not a big fan of IPA’s but this one was pretty decent. It was a nice hot day out and it sure hit the spot. Not a style I favor too much yet.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours average amber and thin, but it’s nice to look at. Smells like candied apricot and sugary pine with bits of orange. Tastes like metallic grapefruit with copper-coated orange. Average mouthfeel. Bizarre tasting beer, to say the least.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a four finger white head that fades quickly to a thin layer leaving some lace. Light clear amber color. Light-medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Hoppy nose. Flavor actually fairly balanced for an IPA some sweetness with very slight bitter finish. $1.50 for a 12oz bottle from Capital Convenience Concord, NH.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A light / medium copper color with a small white head. Aroma is pretty mild. The first 5 seconds after the pour is the only time I could really smell anything. The basic light hops, malts, and citrus. The flavor brings out some pine and bitterness but other than that it is pretty bland. I’m not saying it’s bad because it isn’t. Just very basic.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Decent beer, not a lot of flavor, though. Plenty of carbonation, maybe overwhelming, only a small hoppy aftertaste. Not my favorite IPA. Perhaps the west coast version is better.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The 12 ounce bottle poured an apricot colored beverage with a small dense white head that was mostly diminishing but it left good lacing on the glass. The aroma was fairly well balanced for the style with hops obviously dominating. The hops aroma seemed to be floral and grassy, like a Cascade hop. Not very complex. The body was medium with average carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor starts out lightly bitter with the bitterness growing a bit as the taste matures on the palate. The finish is medium in length.
