On tap poured a clear gold hue w/ medium white head and sticky lacing. Mild to moderate sweet stone and citrus fruit aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a moderate bitter finish. Tastes are biscuit, lime, peach, and straw. Medium bodied. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 0,355L. Courtesy of Gregor. Cloudy golden colour with tiny, frothy, white head, that dissipate fast. When I open the bottle, aroma hits me hard, but it’s fade away after the beer was in the glass for a minute. Well, some citrusy aroma is still there, but it isn’t it. Taste is moderate bitter and hoppy. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Taste is OK, but they should do some more dry hopping for better aroma.

Light and fruity aroma. Deep golden appearance. Quite bitter and hoppy taste. Leaves a long bitter aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very smooth IPA, good flavor. Nice aroma and even a cool bottle. Not big on IPA’s but I am a fan of this.

Bottle, aroma of citrus, grass and hops. Taste is bitter and sour and slightly paperish. Palate is smooth and drinkable - not too hoppy to enjoy afew. Overall it is good.

Middle of the road IPA. Better than macro brew by a narrow margin. Bottle looks nice, but sadly more thought was put into the marketing than the recipe.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a tulip glass. Aroma- has a nice citrus aroma with a hint of grains Appearance- a golden yellow with a small white head that lingers Taste- a nice crisp semi-tart flavor, not overpowering but well balanced Palate- a dry beer that has medium carbonation and is also medium bodied Overall- a really good beer from Red Hook, I would drink this again

Bottle 35,5 CL at Bruuveri. Pours hazy yellow with big frothy white head. Notes of floral, citrus, malts. Pretty dry stuff. Not too balanced seems a bit bland.

Sampled from a bottle at McCormick and Schmick’s on Wacker Drive, Chicago. Golden colour and strong white head. Good citrus hop aromas, and a taste balanced between biscuity malts and mildly grapefruity hops. The taste is a little bland, with a slightly discordant dry bitterness. I would like a stronger hop presence in the taste here, but not a bad beer.

Call it a pale ale and i’ll give you half a point more. Malty not much hops. Average beer with a light hop bill. Nice lasting head. Malty but not sweet. This isn’t as bad as you would think by rating. But for an ipa pretty horrible with light aroma and light hop.
