3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Quality offering from Redhook, relaxed mild IPA with enough hop presence to satisfy. Pleasant hop aroma, strong but not overdone. Light copper color with an inch thick head and layers of sticky lacing. Medium bitterness on the palate, overall mouthfeel is a touch too light for my liking. The flavor isn’t anything off the charts, but like most standard IPA’s it is well balanced and the hops are allowed to compliment a solid malt content instead of fighting with one another. I wouldn’t be able to distinguish this one from many of the countless others, but it’s still enjoyable.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aromas of mild malt and citrus hops. Big hop flavor is balanced with a smooth malt taste. Good dry hop finish and aftertaste.

Light straw color, bright white head. Good staying power to the head. Looks nice in the glass.
nose is grain, pine, citrus, Juicy nose.
Taste is burnt caramel, metal, hop water, or maybe better is bong water, and roasted grain.
Feel is a bit rough. Not real pleasing. not very good at all.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Cloudy golden with small short lasting head. Hops and grains in tha aroma. The taste is medium bitter and is dominated by grains with some hops in the background, There is something about it I dont quite like so much, something metalic/acid in the taste. I dont know if its old, the bottle is marked Aug 10 15 - 8 months ago....

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Shaw’s, packaged 12/11/15. Poured into a pint glass clear gold, lightly carbonated. Thin white head, moderate lacing. Nutty aroma, lightly hopped, could be sessionable but ABV is higher than it seems. According to the ratings this should be terrible, but seems pretty decent to me.
