Pale straw colour with a tight white head. The aroma is fairly clean and slightly crackery with a touch of soft zesty hoppiness. Clean and fresh although it could always be hoppier. A little bit of light straw malt flavour. Simple if decent.

Bottled on 04.05.10.. Pours a clear gold with minimal head. Aroma is bready grain, grassy, lightly peppery. Lightly metallic. Fruity taste at first, clean grain, fruity hops. A bit grassy. Pretty decent little pils actually. Light, crisp and fizzy.

Gold pour with a nice white head. Aroma has some dried lemon peel, stale caramel malt and maybe a hint of hops. Flavor has a lemon/sour orange note that I enjoyed. Lightly yeasty, lightly hoppy.

Golden pour with a white head. Bread and slight biscuit aroma, some floral hops, yeast, and a light grassiness. Apple esters, a bit watery/bland, and perhaps some citrus zest. Flavor is malty and sweet. Bread, slight toast, and biscuit. A bit of yeast, apple and pear esters, and some very light floral hops. Mild grass bitterness, some water, and very mild citrus zest.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market, Charlottesville, opened 6/8/10. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a large frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and caramel. The taste is caramel, green apple, some toasty notes and a faintly grassy finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ brothers house on Bainbridge. Slightly hazy, golden yellow appearance with a white head. Crisp, light grainy pils, moderate saaz hoppy nose. Sweet, golden, pils, moderately saaz hoppy flavor. Not bad session brew.

Bottle in Kaua’i. Bright gold, good foaming top. Faint flowering shrub, beeswax aroma. Bit drab and almond-like with a shave of zest. Low bitterness, little hop, zero malt. Drab, a touch metallic, nothing like a pilsner.

Aroma not very pilsner like. Grainy basic notes, touch of green apple.
Appearance bright golden look with medium foamy top (short lived).3-
Flavor and Palate : Green apple, lacking body. Mineral feel at mid. Some malty sweetness behind. Felt macro like. Finishing hints of cardboard. Disappointing.
