COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Slim Chance ale combines the best attributes of a crisp, refreshing ale without the extra calories. Golden kilned malt and a touch of wheat create this smooth, satisfying ale that is not your typical light beer.

Flavor consists very much of cereal (corn pops), malty sweetness, corn. Alright for a light beer although a little overly sweet in finish

12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a crystal clear golden color with a one and a half finger thick white head. Light lacing. Aroma is light toasted malt with a hint of esters and hops. Flavor is light malt and a touch of hops. Medium body. Nothing fancy, just an easy drinking light beer. Worth a try.

Pours light gold with white head. Smell is actually nice and pleasant, yet mild. Floral, fruity notes along with some lightly honey like malt. Taste is definitely wheaty, slightly sweet and with some light, sweet corn as well. Kind of corn pops light, like. Slightly sweet and long finish for a light beer with some floral flavors lingering as well. Light bodied and crisp carbonation. I enjoyed this one for what it was.

This was from a six pack costing $8.49 in Clarkston, WA. It poured a clear gold color with a fat white head and light lacing .Nose is very mild and shows grainy corn like odors. Very light mouthfeel. Fl;avor is mostly corn, and the finish is dry. A light beer for the masses is about it. Drinkable.

The look is clear, golden in color, with a decent white head. What smell? maybe some corn, florals, and malts. The taste is corn, malts, grains, sort of weak.

Aroma: Light malt and hops aroma.
Appearance: Golden in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: A nice lager flavor this was good for a great poker night with a decent malt and hops flavor.
Palate: Dry finish, with alight lager finish.
Overall: Not a super beer this will be for the masses as they like little flavor and a beer flavor.

nice fruity yeasty aroma with a hint of malt - thin coppery pour with lots of yellow - nice hop taste but a little thin overall no doubt to it being a light beer - better than any macro light that I have had but light beers just ask the drinker to make too much of a sacrifice in real beer flavor.

Good tame pour considering its a light lager. Light golden color with a 1/2 inch white head lasting less than a minutes. The aroma has crisp, light hops, and a pure mineral water smell. It tastes pretty refreshing and quite malty and almost like an ale yeast. This could be an ale, I don’t know. Anyway, the flavor is much more full bodied than you’d expect for a light beer. Palate is brisk and refreshing, and agreeable.

Ouch! This brew is just as tasteless as the macro stuff. It does produce a little more flavor as it warms but I want it cold. A decent head and lacing kick back on a sandy beach with dancing effers of plenty on a golden sun. Not much depth but it’s my favorite light ale ( my only light ale).
