3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20 onceblind (2535) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 10, 2011
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2011 Hazy pale gold with a light white head. Aroma of soft citrus and smooth light fruity yeast. Flavor is smooth and rich yet dry. Coriander and citrus tones are pretty soft, opting for a more wheaty profile. Refreshing but disappointingly mellow flavor.
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 bhensonb (8991) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 7, 2011
Bottle from Total Wine in Roseville, CA. Pours hazy gold with a big creamy/fizzy white head. Aroma seems citrus with a little clove. With a touch of Belgian yeast. Near medium body. It comes on confused, then settles into ginger, then wears out into a little light malt. Not the best wit ever, but clearly drinkable.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 dfinney23 (1004) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 1, 2011
Pours hazy gold with a thin white head that soon dissolves completely. Ginger and spice aroma, sweet malty flavor. Lacking in citrus. Like their IPA, I think the ratings would be a bit higher if they didn’t call it "WIT".
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 nick76 (4077) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 27, 2011
The aroma is interesting with floral and citrus notes as well as sweet malt and yeast. The appearance is hazy gold with a medium head. The taste is like the aroma with a clean quality. The palate is a bit thin. Overall it’s worth trying but not outstanding.

slight sweet malt and floral hops, no obvious or hard spice notes
pale slightly cloudy yellow with white head that quickly dissipates
light on tongue and clean without any lingering obvious flavors, nice bready malt with almost no obvious hop flavors, hard to find spices in this batch
mod carb, light palate

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 troyc (2014) - Oklahoma, USA - AUG 16, 2011
[Bottle] Pours a bright yellow color with a distinct haze to it. Sweet wheat malt nose mixes with mild vanilla and light ginger. Sweet malts and mild hops in here. Little yeast contribution to the flavor. Light in body and prickly carbonation. More like a very light Wheat Ale. I was expecting more.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 jgb9348 (3964) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - AUG 12, 2011
Hazy orange coloured body with a nice frothy slightly off-white head. Aroma of curacao, coriander seed, light nutmeg and allspice and a touch of yeast. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive yeast and wheat flavours with a nice bit of spiciness and a fruity finish. Aftertaste shows a touch of yeast with more wheat and spices than I’d expect, but not enough complexity and strong tastes that makes it stand out amongst others of this style. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 20-July-2011 sampled in a hotel room in Syracuse, New York on 11-August-2011.
