Jul 14, 2007 Tap at brewpup; poured an amber color w/ not much head. Flavor and aroma were fairly subdued; not bad, just could have been more assertive. Both featured grapefruit, citrus and caramel malt.

Jun 12, 2007 Tap @ Brewpub: Pellucid Copper, nose of crisp, citrusy hops, mainly orange. Faint head, no lacing. Some malts show in the nose, but the flavor is more sweet with them along with lighter hops. Nice finish and a spicy lingering mouthfeel. Eh, ok.

Nov 16, 2004 Sparkling clear, light amber body with an off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, pepper, light earthy. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some pepper, light caramel. Light carbonation, medium body. Definitely the highlight of my visit to the brewery.
