Redstone Black Raspberry Nectar

Bottle, 8%. Mildly chemical, plasticky, waxy aroma. Clear pink colour. No head. The flavour is sweetish, berry-like and slightly waxy. I guess it is drinkable, but not my kind of mead.

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours red pinkish with a small bubbly off white head. Youghurt, acetone, berries and a heavy warmth. Flowers. Narrhh..

Sampled at WBF in Durham. This tasted like a black raspberry sode with an alcohol flavor to it. It was a nice break from all of the beers we had been trying but not something I could drink more than the couple of ounces that were served to me.

Light pink with no head. Aroma of bubblegum berry. Sweet berry flavour with candy notes, and a tea/herbal touch

Clear pale pink. Aroma of alcohol and berries. Flavor is basically light honey, berries, with some medicinal notes on the end. I am not a mead expert, but this was not that great.

Ruby colored brew with hints of violet and a small vanilla ring for a head. Aroma is dark candied fruit and flavor of raspberries with a touch of honey sweetness. Medium mouthfeel if not a bit syrupy. Pretty tasty.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear red coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of candies and berries with notes of honey. Fruity flavour of raspberries, berries and honey. Sweet finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours dark deep amber with a fully gone head. Fruity and honey aroma. Sweet. nectar and floral fruity flavoured. Mild sweet and herbal to light phenolic flavoured finish. Mild herbal lingering touch.
