Light pink pour from a cool swing-top bottle. Nose is excellent, bursting with raspberry and an undertone of honey. Taste was not quite as brilliant, this was good, but not intense like the nose indicated.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2013 On tap at Reuben’s. Very tasty mead. Pink-red, with notes of honey and raspberry. Lively carbonation.

Bottle shared at gnoff’s mead tasting. Pours clear pale red. Aroma is sweet grapes raspberries sourish. Flavor is sweet acidy raspberries honey and apples. Finishes sweet raspberries. More like a sweet raspberry cider.

This is just okay. Has some light blackberry flavor but really doesn’t have much strength or honey flavor. Not that great.

Bottle@ Gnoffs. Pale red. Sweet and fruity notes. Sweet, fruity and some acidity. Full body with a bitter sweet after taste.

Tap at Toronodo. Pours a light ruby red with no head. Aroma is sweet raspberry and some peach. Taste is sugary honey with some hay and light raspberry. Hay and red apple round it out. Overall a low alcohol mead that was nice but a heavy pour made me regret the order.

Tap @ Mayor Foco. Pours a dark pinkish appearance with no head. Ethanol, dark berry, light apple, sweet honey aroma. Pear, apple, raspberry, pink lemonade, sweet honey, Cherry 7-Up flavor. Ok.
