Had this on draft at breckenridge brewery in Denver. Clear orange pour with no head. This is awful. Can’t even finish it. Tastes like rotten apple cider. About spit this out

Clear dark yellow. Carbonated. Not terribly sweet. Deep flavor. Very delicious. Hint of spices.

Sample at GABF 10/11/2012, thanks to Bluemeow76 for assistance with note-taking. This Mead is a clear pale yellow-orange color and decent legs. Aroma of citrus and honey. Medium body with flavors of fruit, sweet honey and subtle hops. The finish is fruity and sweet. Slightly above average overall.

Wow. The first mead I’ve ever had that smells of hops. Also the lightest alcohol mead for me as well. A very thin finish. Don’t get much hops or any really in the flavor.

Clear pear color, small white head. Sweet, hoppy, citrus scent. Sweet, sugary, wood taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, tart finish.

Not sure about the whole carbonated mead thing, it almost tastes like soda. That being said, it’s pretty good. Thinner and lighter on the palate than I’m used to for mead, but certainly drinkable nonetheless.

Clear golden color. Cinnamon, light honey aromas. Same spicy cinnamon, light honey flavors, couldn’t taste any hops--good

Obvious loads of floral honey, and a touch of apples with. Pleasant citrus hit from the hops. No bitterness, but you get a nice shot of citrus from the hops. Quite pleasant, but you cant drink very much at once.

On tap @ Strangeways. Clear and pale yellow pour - smells and tastes honey sweet with tangerine and a touch of floral hops.

Tap at the bottle shop. Pale yellow pour, nose is honey, sweet, hops, and florals. Smooth on the palate, honey, light hops, and a sweet finish.
